So apparently Lindsay Lohan is suing E-Trade because one of their ads features a "milk-a-holic" baby named Lindsay. She's claiming that they are encroaching on her brand by using the name Lindsay. So basically what she's saying is that (a) no one else in the world can be named Lindsay, and (2) a person named Lindsay who is addicted to a beverage (a -holic, if you get what I'm saying) rings a little too true. The best part? She's suing for $100 million.
E-Trade's answer to the complaint should simply read, "Are we being Punk'd?" and leave it at that.
